Ronnie Peterson gloves

Ronnie Peterson used these Simpson gloves during the 1977 season when he drove the sixwheeler Tyrrell and the beginning of 1978 when he returned to Team Lotus. In those days drivers were nursing their equipment much more than nowadays. Contemporary F1 drivers use several pairs of overalls, gloves and helmets in just one racing weekend, which does not make them very rare. In the 1970s, these old heroes used two to three helmets and overalls per season. Traces on these Simpson gloves even proof that Ronnie used them for more than one year!
